Can service engineers and technicians update jobs from the phone?
Yes. The GeoWave app on Android and iPhone shows each person their open, due-today and overdue tasks. They can start a task, update progress, comment, attach photos and send it for approval.
Is task management included in the Free plan?
Yes, for up to 5 people, including recurring tasks, comments and files. Tasks that need a manager's approval before they close are part of the Business plan.
Do I need a separate attendance app?
No. The same GeoWave app does selfie and GPS attendance, live tracking, leave and shifts, so you see the job next to who checked in, where and when.
